Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir, als Verfasser*innen dieses Briefes, Klient*innen des CSD Dresden e.V., wollen hiermit unser Unverständnis bezüglich der Ablehnung der weiteren Förderung des Projektes Landeskoordinierungsstelle Sachsen für queere Geflüchtete und der damit einhergehenden massiven Einschränkung der Hilfe zum Ausdruck bringen. 

Wir empfinden die Entscheidung als willkürlich und diskriminierend. Ein Ort welcher uns Sicherheit, Unterstützung, Halt aber auch Selbstbewusstsein gegeben hat, welcher uns unsere Freiheiten in Deutschland aufgezeigt hat, kann nicht über Nacht ab geschaffen werden. 

Es ist fahrlässig eine so effiziente und gutwollende Organisation mit solch wertvoller Unterstützung unserer LGBTQ* Community zu schließen. Eine Organisation, die Migrant*innen eine Stimme gibt, Menschen sichtbar macht, die der deutschen Sprache noch nicht mächtig sind und BIPOC als gleichwertige Mitmenschen betrachtet. 

Diese Fehlentscheidung betrifft uns direkt und nimmt uns die Möglichkeit, repräsentiert zu werden. 

Es verletzt unser Recht uns zu organisieren und raubt uns der Möglichkeit, begleitet, unterstützt, beschützt und sichtbar gemacht zu werden. 

Wir möchten Sie wissen lassen, dass wir von Ihrer Entscheidung nicht nur persönlich, sondern auch als Gemeinschaft betroffen sind, da die Türen von “unserem Zuhause“, wo 

wir Zuflucht finden, Unterstützungen und Lösungen bei unseren Problemen bekommen, geschlossen werden. 

Eine Gemeinschaft wie die unsere, Frauen, queere Menschen, Nicht-Deutsche und BIPOC, die noch nicht alle deutsch sprechen und sich in den öffentlichen und staatlichen Strukturen noch nicht zurechtfinden, brauchen diese Unterstützung. Sonst sind wir der mannigfaltigen Diskriminierung, wie sie oft stattgefunden hat und fast täglich noch stattfindet, schutzlos ausgeliefert. 

Im Gegenteil, wir benötigen mehr Aufmerksamkeit, mehr Unterstützung, mehr Reichweite.

Wir wollen deutlich machen, dass der CSD Dresden e.V. eine Organisation ist, mit welcher wir Hand in Hand, vertrauensvoll und auf Augenhöhe zusammengearbeitet haben. Uns wurde bei vielfältigen Problemen geholfen, egal ob im Asylverfahren, mit Behörden oder auch bei Krankheiten und anderen Problemen, oft weit über das Ausmaß einer normalen NGO hinaus. Durch den CSD Dresden e.V. konnten wir uns in die deutsche Gesellschaft integrieren.  

Unsere Organisation (Wir betrachten uns inzwischen als Teil der LGBTQ* Familie des CSD Dresden e.V.) ist eine Brücke zwischen Migrant*innen und der neuen Welt, mit großer Sorge sehen wir unser Recht auf einen Ort verletzt, an dem wir uns organisieren können. Immer wieder stellte die Landeskoordinierungsstelle Sachsen für queere Geflüchtete die Verbindung zur Gesamtgesellschaft her und integrierte uns in diese.

Der CSD Dresden e.V. ist eine Institution, die sich durch den großen Einsatz, Engagement, Hingabe und Sorgfalt ihrer Mitarbeitenden auszeichnet. Alle arbeiteten daran, uns Räume und Möglichkeiten der persönlichen Entwicklung und Selbstentfaltung zu eröffnen. Der CSD Dresden e.V. bot uns den einzigen geschützten und vom BAMF zugelassenen Schulungsort. Ein Ort, wo wir die Sprache lernten und vor Belästigung und Diskriminierung geschützt waren, egal ob wir Trans*, queer oder einfach weiblich waren, eigene Ideen und Projekte entwickeln konnten.

Bitte verhindern Sie, dass wir in Zukunft vor verschlossenen Türen stehen, in die Leere entlassen werden und zerstören Sie nicht die Arbeit, die durch unsere LGBTQ* Gemeinschaft durch hohen Einsatz aufgebaut wurde. 

Wir appellieren an Sie, Ihre Entscheidung zu überdenken, wir fordern unser Recht auf Vertretung ein und fordern entschieden und kämpferisch, uns unser “Zuhause“ zu lassen!

Open letter from the queer refugees supervised by the „State Coordination Office Saxony for Queer Refugees“ of Christopher Street Day Dresden e.V.

To whom it May concern,

we as writers of this letter, members and friends of the CSD organization, hereby want to express our opinion and leave record the overwhelming rejection to the issued decision, where the definitive closure of the administrative operations of our Association.

We consider that this decision has been arbitrary and discriminatory; a place that has given guarantees, support, securityand confidence to its members who manage spaces of Freedom in Germany cannot be dismantled overnight.

Pretending to close the doors of an organization that efficiently and diligently supports a vulnerable community; as is the LGBTI community, and that at the same time is added to the immigrants´ world not handling the German language, in a negligent, belligerent and inconsiderate way.

This erroneous decision directly affects our right to be represented, to be supported, it violates our right to organize, it robs us of the opportunity to be guided, protected, identified.

We want to let you know that we are affected by this resolution, not only personally and unilaterally, but also collectively, and institutionally, due to the fact that we will no longer have the doors from „our home“ open, where welive, find refuge and support to the solution of our problems. A community like ours, which is home to women, homosexuals, …, foreigners who do not know how to speak the German language and who do not know how to interact with public and governmental institutions, does not know how to address these institutions and when they do unilaterally; It receives rejection, mistreatment, discrimination among others, it does not deserve to have its doors closed, on the contrary, it should have more support, have more resources to have more reachand thus be able to reach more people.

We want to point out that CSD is an organization that has been hand to hand with its members; for those of us who make life here, for our family, for our friends, has been present in the assistance, in the direction, in the solution of the daily problems that concern us personally and directly, a fundamental support for our integration into the social system and educational in Germany. The organization is involved with interest in an efficient way in the solution of our legal, administrative and illness problems, in short, how much we have required.

Our organization represents a bridge between the institutions with its bureaucracy and us; Their diligent support allowsall the procedures to be easier and faster, both for the institutions we must go to, and for us, since their directive and administrative personnel are trained to carry out these activities if experience and training allow them to identify with ease the way of managing procedures and services, generating productivity and thus minimizing errors, guaranteeing the effectiveness of our processes.

With concern we see that our right to association is violated, to have a place to meet as a special group, to have an organization that represents us and that fully identifies with our ideology and way of acting and feeling. Our right to be oriented, to have a guide and a helping hand in the crisis is violated.

CSD is an institution that has been characterized by the fact that its directive and administrative staff have worked with great effort, commitment, dedication and care, (saving any human error) in opening spaces, in seeking meetings with the public administration, in being recognized as a group before the society, a work that has been successful, since we are already a space recognized by the BAMF to teach German courses for the LGBT community and women, it has put us in direct contact with society by organizing events such as (the gay march, festivals, etc).

To prevent it from continuing with open doors, is to leave us in a void, it is to send us to walk blindly, it is to try to destroy a work that has been carried out for years for the benefit of our lgbt community, it is to destroy everything that has been for our benefit achieved, which needless to say has been remarkable.

Against whom do we fight, against whom is the decision to close our house?

We strongly oppose and demand that our rights be respected.

Distiguidas (os) Damas y Caballeros,

Nosotros los que suscribimos esta carta, miembros y amigos de la organización CSD, por medio de la presente queremos expresar nuestra opinión y dejar constancia del contundente rechazo a la decisión emitida, donde se decreta el cierre definitivo de las operaciones administrativas de nuestra Asociación.

Consideramos que esta decisión ha sido arbitraria y discriminatoria, no se puede desmantelar de la noche a la mañana un espacio que ha dado garantías, apoyo, seguridad y confianza a sus miembros que gestionan espacios de Libertad en Alemania.

Pretender cerrar las puertas de una organización que de manera eficiente y diligente presta apoyo a una comunidad vulnerable; como lo es la comunidad LGBT y que a su vez se le suman las condiciones de inmigrantes y no manejar el idioma alemán, de manera negligente, beligerante y desconsiderada.

Esta decisión errónea afecta directamente nuestro derecho a ser representados, a ser apoyados, nos vulnera el derecho a la organización, nos roba la oportunidad de ser orientados, protegidos, identificados. 

Queremos hacerles saber que estamos afectados con esta resolución, no solo de manera personal y unilateral, sino también de manera colectiva, e institucional, por el hecho de que ya no tendremos abiertas las puertas de nuestra casa donde hacemos vida, encontramos refugio y apoyo en la solución de nuestros problemas. Una comunidad como la nuestra, que alberga a mujeres, homosexuales, …, extranjeros que no saben hablar el idioma alemán y que no manejan la forma de relacionarse con las instituciones públicas y gubernamentales, no sabe cómo dirigirse a estas instituciones y cuando lo hace unilateralmente; recibe rechazo, malos tratos, discriminaciones entre otros, no merece que sus puertas cierren, por el contrario debería tener más apoyo, contar con más recursos para tener más alcance y así poder llegar a más personas.

Queremos hacer notar que CSD es una organización que ha estado de la mano de sus miembros; de quienes aquí hacemos vida, de nuestra familia, de nuestros amigos, ha estado presente en el auxilio, en la dirección, en la solución de los problemas diarios que nos atañen de manera personal y directa, un apoyo fundamental para nuestra integración en sistema social y educativo en Alemania. Se involucra con interés de manera eficiente en la solución de nuestros problemas legales, administrativos, de enfermedad, en fin de todo cuánto hemos requerido.

Nuestra organización representa un puente entre las instituciones con su burocracia y nosotros; su diligente apoyo permite que todos los trámites sean más fáciles y expeditos, tanto para las instituciones a las que debemos acudir, como para nosotros, pues su personal directivo y administrativo están capacitados par el cumplimiento de estas actividades si experiencia y entrenamiento les permiten identificar con facilidad la forma de gestionar los trámites y servicios, generando productividad, minimizando los errores y garantizando la efectividad en nuestros procesos.

Con preocupación vemos que se nos vulnera el derecho a la asociación, a tener un lugar donde reunirnos como grupo especial, a tener una organización que nos represente y que se identifique plenamente con nuestra ideología y manera de actuar y sentir. Se viola nuestro derecho a ser orientados, a tener una guía, una mano amiga en la crisis. 

CSD es una institución que se ha caracterizado porque su personal directivo y administrativo han trabajado con ahínco, empeño, dedicación y esmero, (salvando cualquier error humano) en abrir espacios, en buscar encuentros con la administración pública, en ser reconocida como grupo ante la sociedad, trabajo que ha tenido éxito, pues ya somos un espacio reconocido por el BAMF para impartir cursos de alemán para la comunidad LGBT y mujeres, nos ha puesto en contacto directo con la sociedad al organizar eventos como (la marcha gay, los festivales, etc).

Impedir que siga de puertas abiertas, es dejarnos en el vacío, es enviarnos a caminar a ciegas, es pretender destruir un trabajo que por años se viene realizando en beneficio de nuestra comunidad lgbt, es echar por tierra todo lo que en beneficio nuestro se ha alcanzado, que por demás está decirlo ha sido notable.

¿Contra quien luchamos, contra quien es la decisión de cerrar nuestra casa? 

Nos oponemos rotundamente y exigimos que nos respeten nuestros derechos.
